There are 2 showers and 2 toilets, lounge area, kitchen with dining table and garden.
Bills to be spilt between all housemates, not included in the rent.
I am going to be starting a full time job and other housemate will be in final year of uni so we are looking for professionals, and preferably not 1st year students.
