2 Rooms to Rent Near De Hav for Herts Students!

We are 3 friendly male students of University of Hertfordshire needing 2 additional students to share our house with!

The residence is offered by the University of Hertfordshire Student Union Housing commitee and it's less than 5 minutse walk to De Havilland Campus. Good place to stay if you are studying a law or business related degree, or would like to use the sports village/gym often.

The rooms offered will be sharing a bath with toilet on the top floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house contains a communal area/kitchen, complete with refrigerators, stoves, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry machine!

Room 3 is a spacious, ground floor room with access to the backyard. It's bigger than most single rooms, but smaller than a double. It is fully furnished with a faux leather chair, cupboard, drawers, bed and table.

Room 4 is a first floor single room with easier access to the shower upstairs, and is fully furnished with faux leather chair, cupboard, drawers, bed, and table as well!

Rent is £100 p/w for 50 weeks. Please note that the rent is paid by 3 academic terms (£1666. 67 per term, first rent term less elapsed weeks) and will also require a £300 pound deposit. Utility bills not included.

Paired applicants are highly encouraged to apply. Single individuals will have to wait for a second applicant before the contract can be issued by the Hertfordshire Student Union (LetSU).
