I am a proud owner of a very new, clean flat which is 3 bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen and bathroom.

There is a balcony, very close to local shops, and some benefits:

- 7 - 10 mins walk to Asda
- 5 mins walk to Tesco
- 5 - 7 mins walk to Galleria
- 5 mins walk to Hatfield T Mobile / EE building
- 10 mins to Hatfield Business Park and Uni
- 15 mins to Hatfield Train station

It is a quite location, with plenty parking on the road available (free parking)

The rooms are fully furnished with Single bed, Wardrobe, Desk and Chair (for work) etc.

I am only looking for professionals for a minimum term of 3 months starting asap. The rent is including bills, but if you wanted to share bills - there is room for discussion around that.
