Room for rent in Hatfield Student house CHEAP

I am currently leaving university and am tied into a contract with this house and cannot get out of it. I have a good size single room which has a connecting door to the conservatory which are both mine and mine alone so this is really for 2 rooms. I currently pay £425 a month but am willing to let it for £300 and I will make up the difference. The contract at the moment ends June 1st 2014 but the landlord Victoria may let you stay longer if you like. The kitchen is very big and has a lot of fridges and freezers, a toaster, kettle, microwave and a table and chairs. There is loads of parking out the front and back. The house mates there are all easy to get along with. Please get in touch if interested about this room.
