Housemate wanted to share lovely 3 bed house

I have just moved into a 3 bedroom house- fully furnished to a high standard, lounge with gas fire, large dining room, large kitchen with second dining table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (to be kept as a spare room for guests etc), lovely big garden and large drive way for parking. Really peaceful area, with a 5 minute drive to Potters Bar Station. The house is lovely and very homely, plus really spacious for 2 people. I plan to stay in it for 3 years, so longer term rent possible, and it is owned by a University so excellent upkeep and prompt repairs.
