Room to rent for summer

I am going to Camp America for the summer and as am able to let my room out.
The house is 5 bed with off road parking, a garden, a large kitchen and dining area, communal living room, broadband and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath).
The room available to rent is upstairs. It is all furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It is a smaller room than the others but the warmest and cosiest.
The house-mates are great and a very social bunch so you will be more than welcome to chill with them if you want. They will both be on placement/ in university over the summer months so will be varied when they are home but even on shifts they work 3 long days a week and will be around the rest.
The room would be available from the 30th April (maybe earlier so contract me if need it earlier and may be able to work something out ). The tenancy for the house ends on the 12th or 13th September and you would be more than welcome to have it until the end. These gives you a 3 month period if you want it.
