Hi.
I have a double room available from 5th nov in hatfield. Rent is £525including all bills.
(600 for couple). House is located on prime location. 5 mins walk from uni campus and galleria. 10 mins walk from asda.

It is a very nice property. It has large sitting room, dining room, kitchen with all appliances, 2 toilets, garden and wooden floring all over house. So easy to clean.
Double room has double bed in it, 2 big cupboards and a chest.
We need mature, decent peaceful tenant who love to live in quite and clean atmosphere. Also need someone who doesnt cook nonveg in d kitchen.
