The house is only 5 minutes walk form the College Lane campus and close to bus routes to De Havilland campus. Co-op is 5 minuite walk away and Asda is short bus ride. The train station is 20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away.

The house has a large narrow kitchen, a separate living room with comfy sofas. on bathroom with bath/shower and sink, a separate toilet, 3 bedrooms and a garden. There is free parking on the street outside the house.

The Double bedroom is on the first floor and has a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It also has small storage compartment as well.

Occupants will require admin fee and deposit
