We are a relaxed and friendly houseshare looking for a new roommate.
We have a lovely spacious kitchen and living area with a small balcony. There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.
The house is in a great location, walking distance to Asda, gym, train station and the galleria.
We are looking for another friendly house mate who is tidy, sociable and preferably likes animals as we have two rabbits and a kitten.
Bills are around £40 a month, there are usually plenty of places to park in the street and it is non-permit.
