Beautiful affordable student home

Hey, I'm looking to give my room up to rent. Rent is £340 and it can be paid termly or monthly. There are 5 other girls living here at the moment, the house is always left clean. We're all very organised we buy communal stuff such as toilet roll, washing powder, sponges, cleaning products etc. We have a virgin broadband and we've bought a TV license for the house. The girls are very social and looking for a communal household. There's 2 toilets, one main bathroom with a tub and shower and one shower room. My room is the secound biggest in the house it's very big with a double room, double wardrobe, big chest of drawers, 2 double sockets, desk and chairs. House is very close to the galleria and Asda and there's parking out back available.

Students wanted and must have a guarantor ready.
