Lovely double room in homely house

I’m looking for an animal loving room mate to rent a room in my house.

The room is a double, and includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two shelves, a desk and a full length mirror. The house is fully furnished, including a washing machine and dishwasher. We have full sky tv, netflix, Amazon prime and loads of other add ons!

The house has a garden, conservatory, kitchen, dining area and living room, with a newly refurbished bathroom complete with both bath and shower. All areas of the house are communal, except for the bedrooms.

An animal lover is essential, as there is a dog and cat already living here.
