The room itself is light with ample storage, single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelving, etc. The decor is neutral with plain walls and carpets. The room suits a student who likes convenience and value for money.

Communal areas include a well stocked kitchen, containing all usual appliances, e. g fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc., a sitting area with sofa; gardens attended by a gardener, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The price of £390 includes all bills, including unlimited, super-fast broadband, gas, electricity, water, etc.

The house is non-smoking.
