Double Bedroom & Own Bathroom To Let

Hi,

I’m a 31yr old professional male who enjoys going out for a few drinks with friends and also spending time at home with a boxset or movie. I go to the gym regularly and also enjoy snowboarding or long walks with my dog.

I have for let a furnished double bedroom with use of its own bathroom (main bathroom). The whole property is newly refurbished and in excellent decorative order as can be seen in the pictures. The flat is a couple minutes walk from the Galleria and numerous restaurants/bars.

Ideally my flat mate will be clean, tidy, outgoing, sociable and friendly. They will also need to like animals because as I have mentioned I have a small dog (shown in the pictures).

All bills are inclusive including council tax and broadband.

There is only one allocated parking space which I use, but I can show you where there is free parking less than 30 seconds walk away.
