The house is situated 5 minutes walk from the Maylands Industrial Estate and is close to all local amenities such as takeaways, a Co Op, Aldi, Gyms, etc. It is only 5 minutes drive/bus to Hemel Hempstead Town Centre. There is also offroad parking for up to 6 cars!

The house has everything you would want from your own property and was recently fully refurbished throughout. The large kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils to make your move much easier, as well as providing you with your very own private space to store your food.

The living room is just the best place to socialize with your housemates and we have made this with you in mind! There is a huge, comfy 4-seater corner sofa, a table and chairs to have breakfast and of course a widescreen TV - don’t worry we cover the license fee. There is also a lovely full size wall mural, which the housemates love as it brings a relaxing chilled vibe to the room.

Your bedroom is just awesome. It has a large double bed with high quality mattress, a chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe, we will even put in a desk and chair, so you can study or chill out. It spans the full length of the house with a window at each end to provide you with plenty of sunlight!

Outside is a lovely appointed and well-maintained garden / patio and you are going to love chilling out here with a cold glass of beer or wine after a hard week at work.

The housemates are absolutely great too, all of whom are young professionals working locally.

Bills? Don’t worry we have that covered too, your monthly rent covers everything so all you need to do is budget for the one payment.
