Share bathroom, use of kitchen, dining room and garden. Cleaner. Regular weekly cleaning of room and bed linen is responsibility of lodger but can be carried out for small fee. Less than 2 miles to town centre and train station. Bus stop near house. Opposite parkland. Good parking. Local shops 5 min walk. This is a friendly, easy-going household that will make you feel very welcome. Looking for a quiet, clean, friendly and respectful lodger, who is preferably looking for a long term stay.
