Hi, I'm Jenny and I’m looking for a new lodger as my last one has just moved out after 4 years. I'm cabin crew which means I work irregular shifts, so someone who also does shift work or irregular hours would be perfect, although 9-5 would work well too.

The house itself is in a very quiet area with no through roads or walkways, so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to relax in and call home then this is the place for you.

The room comes furnished with a double ottoman storage bed and a very large wardrobe with draws so there is plenty storage. There’s still extra space for anything personal you might want to bring with you like a desk, draws, etc and I currently have a spare 50inch TV you’re welcome to have in your room. The room has had a deep clean and been totally redecorated, so everything is nice and fresh for you!

The kitchen has everything you might need including plates, glasses, etc, and you’ll have your own cupboard as well as your own space in the fridge and freezer. In the living room there is currently access to Netflix, NowTV entertainment, Disney+ and Prime Video, and free wifi throughout the house. The bathroom has a rainshower over the bath and there is also a second toilet and wash basin downstairs so there’s never any bathroom clashes! You will also have use of the garden which stays sunny from the morning through into the evening and there is allocated parking just to the side of the house. You will be sharing with just me but will often have the place to yourself as I am regularly away with work, therefore I am looking for someone who will respect my house as much as I do so I can trust you to look after it and keep it clean and tidy when I'm away.

Pets - I sometimes have my mums 2 minature poodles around during the day and occasionally overnight. They’re very sweet little rescue dogs and one will just want to cuddle up to you. I’ll happily consider a small, house trained dog if you have one, but of course they’d need to be able to get on with the poodles. I’d also consider other small pets depending on what they might be.
