This room is available for short term lets of between 1 - 16 weeks and weekday lets of the same time frame.

we are right on the bus route into town and close to the M1, M25 , Hemel town cenre and Maylands Avenue industrial estate.

There are 3 other people who live here with me on a full time basis.

We are all working adults here, this is not a party house, although we are all friendly and sociable with the odd night up the pub Please note that we are all over 40 here, I'm interested in renting to people between 35-99.
