Please note the rooms are for single occupancy only. The prices advertised are monthly and include all bills, so there's nothing else to pay.

Suitable for professionals preferred. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept anyone working night shifts.

Live out landlord

We're looking for a professional, clean and friendly women to join our existing happy tenants.

Rent is payable monthly in advance via a standing order. We also require a month’s rent as a refundable deposit. We insurance your deposit with mydeposits a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.

The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, after which it becomes a rolling 1 month contract.

A holding deposit is required of £100 to take the room off the market while your references are being checked. If everything is ok we'll deduct it from your first months rent. If not we'll give you it back. This is just to shows us you're commitment to the room.
