Marriotts Way is a happy, friendly home. The current tenants are all professional females who get on well and help keep the house clean and tidy. We are looking for a like-minded person to join them.

This is a super clean, tidy and friendly HMO house, ideally located within walking distance of Apsley train station and Hemel Hempstead town centre. A weekly cleaner is included for all communal areas.

Please note the room is for single occupancy only.
We are looking for a professional, clean and friendly female to join our existing tenants. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants who work permanent night shifts.

Tenancy Information
Minimum tenancy: 6 months, then rolling monthly thereafter.
Rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order.
One month's rent is required as a refundable deposit, which is protected with mydeposits, a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.

A £100 holding deposit is required to reserve the room while references are completed. This will be deducted from your first month's rent if everything goes ahead. If your application is unsuccessful, it will be refunded in line with the holding deposit terms.
