Double room available in a 3 bedroom house. Wardrobe can be provided, if necessary.

There are 2 females living at the property.
You will share the main bathroom with one other person only. This person works odd hours and so I do not anticipate any issues with access to the bathroom.

The room is available on a short term basis, from 6-12 months maximum, and so if you are a hardworking professional who is working on your goals and aspirations, and you are looking for a clean and quiet place to live during this time, this property is suitable.

We need a housemate who is respectable and considerate.

I work very long hours as a lawyer and the other housemate works shift hours.

There are no large gatherings at the house.

All kitchen appliances provided - washing machine, microwave, oven and hob and fridge freezer. No dishwasher.

The front room is not shared unfortunately as I use it for work. There is a large dining table in the kitchen.

There is also parking available.

Unfortunately no smokers and no pets.
