You will have a recently refurbished kitchen to use that is not used commonly only used by 2-3 people maximum at one time. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a shower cubicle which is just for the guests.

The Owners have their own bathroom therefore, they won’t be using the common bathrooms.

It also includes a beautiful enclosed patio with a view out to the garden, with sitting facilities.

The rental is inclusive of council tax, WIFI Internet.

Laundry - 1 lot of machine is (excluding detergents) is inclusive in rental. Any additional washing lots will be charged at £5 per wash (detergent not included).

Additional £5 per week will apply to cover the cost of hand soap, fairy liquid, toilet rolls and cleaning the communal areas.

This is a family home with the living in landlords.
