I have a double room for rent with large window overlooking the small balcony. ALL BILLS INCLUDED!

The double bedroom for rent has its own good size bath/shower which accessed via the hallway (not ensuite). Although you have sole use of that bathroom/shower.

The room has a wardrobe, full underbed storage and i'll be putting in a set of shoulder height draws. It also has a good size computer desk.

The Apartment is in Hemel Hempstead within the Exclusive Kodak Tower (previously the european headquaters of the Kodak company)

The apartment is in the town centre so just 100 metres from the four different chain gyms (including Anytimefitness and Puregym), shopping centre, multiple cafe, multiple restaurants and everything else you expect from a pleasant town centre area. There is also a Leisure centre just across the road which has a large indoor and outdoor pool and does morning yoga etc

Work in London?
Bus stop also just 100 metres away from apartment with multiple buses which go to Hemel train station in less than 5 minutes. Hemel Train station has regular trains straight into Euston (around 20-30 mins journey) from 5am- midnight, running every 15 minutes..

It's to be shared with just myself. I’m very conversational, I have a huge range of interests but most importantly I'm a naturally respectful person who thinks about others and who likes to be around positive people. I work in various sectors (company owner) all within the Personal and Social development industry, mainly via Magazines, Podcasting and Script Writing (Comedy and Drama). £800 per month with ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Slightly more if you require the underground parking. But there's free parking around 3 min walk away, or paid parking around 1 min walk away which is free from 6pm-8am.

Looking for someone affable, interesting, honest, down to earth and who enjoys the world around them as much as possible. Anything else is a bonus. Only real stipulation is cleanliness, being clean is an absolute must.

If you work in media or fitness that would be a bonus!
