I have a large double room, in my home, for a single full time working proffessional lodger. Males over 35 preferred. Bills included. Free off road parking available. Overlooking Parkland. Close to local shops. 2 miles from train station and town centre. Bus stop close to house. You will be responsible for cleaning of your room weekly. Or this can be done for a small fee. The rest of the house is cleaned for you. Share bathroom, use of kitchen, dining room and garden. If you work shifts, nights or part time, you WFH or are a hybrid worker you won't find my household a good fit. No Couples, children or pets. No smokers or vapers.
