We are looking for new lodger in our home. Relaxed and quiet space. We currently have one other tenant alongside The landlord who lives there part time when not working away. The room is street-facing, with built-in storage cupboards and small freestanding wardrobes, both have space for a small desk.

The house has central heating, urban garden with raised beds, seating and BBQ area, large kitchen , living room and a shower over the bath. Bills are included in price for sensible usage. There is plenty of on street parking.

We are hoping to find working professionals with experience of keeping a home in good order.
