We are looking for a new lodger in our family home. The landlord lives there part of the time combined with his work that takes away for days at a time. You have a single bed that can extend to a small double, in a street facing bedroom. There is a large built in storage cupboard and small freestanding wardrobe with space for small desk. The house has wifi, central heating, urban garden with raised beds, seating and bbq area, large kitchen with adjoining conservatory, dining, living room, shower over bath. Bills are included in price for sensible usage. Plenty of on street parking.
We are hoping to find a proressional male or female, in later 30’s to 50’s with experience of keeping your home in good order.
