The current ‘three storey ‘ property has three toilets, one on each floor. The two upper floor toilets include a shower also two with showers. The current occupants are of mixed nationalities to include English, Polish, Ghanaian and Romanian - all very hard working and extremely quiet and of a peaceful nature. Only rule is no loud music and to clean up after yourself if cooking or using the bathroom.

Two car parking spaces exist to the front of the house on a first come first serve basis but off street parking is available with no parking restrictions.
