Double Room For Rent In Calm Quiet House

I own a 3 bed house in Highfield area of Hemel Hempstead and am looking for an occupant for my spare room!
Utilities eg. gas, water, WiFi, plus use of shared garden, bathroom, and living room will all be included.
No other tenants!
Room is furnished with a simple double bed, desk, and plenty of built in storage. I am planning on redecorating in future so the room is a perfect blank canvas to personalise if you wish. Apologies no en-suite, but bathroom is brand new and well kept.
I am a full time hairdresser working Tues-Sat and consider myself a laid back guy, but that being said not a party animal (anymore), so would appreciate undisturbed sleep on work nights.
