The surrounding area is beautiful, we’re right next to hemel old town which has lovely coffee shops, a great Indian and Turkish spot, 4 pubs, 2 wine bars, a huge park and even a local comedy/theatre/cinema centre. There’s a bus stop right outside the property and the local train station is a 25 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride.
I have a 1 bed en-suite room available from 28th August. The room comes with a parking spot in a gated car park which requires a fob to enter after 6pm.
The room is £700 a month and bills (gas and electric, water ,council tax and WIFI) come to £238.00. If you’re interested I’d be more than happy to send some photos/video.
