Welcome to my listing. I am a live in landlord and have had my room rented for the last 2 years, and now ready to re let due to the previous tenant moving out.

The home is in a small cul-de-sac that is within walking distance of the Industrial Area. It is around 1 .2 miles from the train station with main access to Euston and onward links.

The home also has excellent transport links to the M1 and M25.

The room is a double, furnished with wardrobes, shelves and a single pullout day bed (Will go to Double) Their is a tv connection with Freesat, but no TV supplied.

You will have access to the home, living room, shared bathroom, dining room, kitchen and garden area. The home has 400 MB broadband thruout via wifi.

Parking for the home is on 1st come 1st served, but many spaces in the roads nearby if you cant park outside.

Their will be a charge of £200 (deposit) taken and rent will be due on the 1st of each month, or if you get paid mid month then on the 16th.

The deposit will be held for any damage in the property and released upon moving out, if all satisfactorily.
