Beautiful modern cosy double bedroom with en-suite. Loads of cupboard space and desk. No internet as I run my Laptop off my personal hotspot. If you have unlimited data on your phone you will manage ok. My last two lodgers did not have a problem. . If you want to put internet in then I am happy for you to do so. Parking available on road, as drive quite small. I am happy to try two cars but your car would need to be small. 🙂
