Room in shared house for professional female

I have a double room on a quiet road for the right candidate available now.
I’m looking for a fairly quiet person who doesn’t mind a timid rescue cat, there’s also a fox who likes to come and visit for a bit of food.
I am in the process of replacing bedroom furniture, curtains and painting woodwork atm. If you would like to bring any of your own stuff that isn’t a problem.
There’s Sky multi-room with Netflix, there’s also a large TV in the room which can be attached he’d to the end of the bed. The room looks out on to the rear garden.
There’s a separate toilet to the bathroom and the bathroom has a decent shower and bath.
I don’t eat meat and would prefer the same with a potential tenant however, I am open to renting to pescatarian or someone who doesn’t eat much meat.
