Double Room. Large garden. Lovely room mates

We have a large and small double room available to rent in our lovely home in Hemel Hempstead. The current flat mates are very respectful, clean, and friendly. Includes a weekly cleaner! We recently built a large extension with bi-folds overlooking the large garden and an open plan large kitchen/living area. The home is in a cul-de-sac with free parking available on the street. Walking distance (20mins) to the train station.
If you work from home, we may need to charge a slight increase to cover the extra costs incurred from bills.
