Our last tenant lived with us for nearly five years, practically becoming family and only moved as she purchased her own property close by so still pops round for the occasional dinner.

Our house is beautifully modern and light, the kitchen is a good size with all appliances, utility room houses washing machine and tumble dryer. High speed fibre broadband with excellent range cross. Living room, conservatory, front and rear garden which we make use of in the nicer weather BBQ’s etc… If you smoke, you can go in the garden as not permitted in the house. The bathroom as shown in pictures has a jet bath, shower, WC and wash basin all have excellent pressure.

The house is located HP2 6 in Hemel Hempstead and backs on to fields, local shops 5-minute walk.
