Large room, close to train station, great tenant!

Hi all.

Well I’ll make this short and easy as possible, I’ve recently moved into a two bedroom house in boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead. The house is approx 4/5 minute walk from the main train station which has direct routes to London.
The house is a 2 bedroom house, with a large kitchen and a smaller garden area with decking, there is one large bathroom with a large window providing lots of natural light, with a shower and a bath. The plumbing system runs off a combi boiler (fast heating and instant hot water!)
The living area is a lovely size very open and the interior design is homely and interesting with two fireplaces!
I have only lived here a few weeks now and have got nice large sofas, big tv, all the sports channels and only the best/fastest wifi around the house!
I also live with my dog who’s a blue staffy, super friendly and greatly trained, my ideal tenant would also be very much a dog person!
I also work Monday-Friday as a heating engineer, am mainly here in the evenings and weekends.
I’m an easy going guy, very chilled, I keep things clean and tidy. Very self aware, like my own time but also happy to socialise, always a beer or wine in the fridge.
Open to both male or female co tenant, and also open to pets (depending on the pets)

Before acquiring this house I was too on spare room looking to find a house to call home. So thought I’d take it into my own hands and be the one offering the room and making it happen for others!
