This is a two bedroom flat located just off of the dual carriageway (St. Albans road A414) close to the M1 and M25, with access to bus stops that serve both Hemel Hempstead and St Albans stations.  Apsley train station is also a 30 minute walk away.

There are local shops within walking distance such as Co-op, a large Tesco, Lidl, Post Office, Pharmacy etc - all within 10 minutes walk.

The flat is on the 1st floor with free off street parking and the room for rent is a double bedroom with brand new king size bed and new medium foam mattress, , as well as two large wardrobes. There is a shared bathroom with one other person that has toilet and bath/shower, while the kitchen has all amenities e. g. washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, steamer, microwave, gas cooker/owen and all necessary cookware - plates, cutlery etc. The flat also has high speed Internet (Virgin Media).

I do have a cat,  who is very friendly and clean and kept home all the time - she would not go into the room being made available for rent but if that would be a problem it can be relocated to another home.

I'm 51 years old and work full time, mainly Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
I'm a nice, quiet, clean, tidy person and would expect the same from the person moving in - but I’m also very relaxed.
I'm ideally looking for someone who can commit to a longer contract, but I’m happy to discuss your needs if you’re interested in the room.
