Large room with ensuite shower in quiet location

We now only have one room available. It is an en suite room with a kitchenette in this newly renovated house in Hemel Hempstead.
The room has been furnished to a very high standard with an ottoman bed a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet.
Each room is equipped with a microwave oven and a kettle.
There is also a shared kitchen with two ovens, 2 hobs, and two fridge freezers. There is also a dining area with a TV.
We have installed high-speed broadband and and all bills included.
There are two parking spaces on the drive as well as unrestricted parking on the road.
Local shops a few munites walk away and easy access to the town center and train station via frequent local buses.
A shared garden with a BBQ.
The other house mates are tidy and nice people.
