I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to take over my room in a beautiful, modern apartment in HP1
Move-in date - My room will be available from mid-August onwards. I’ll be uploading photos once I’ve given it a deep clean.
Current flatmate - You’ll be living with a 26 year old working professional who occasionally works from home. She’s clean, respectful and easy to live with.
Rent - £862.50 each and includes free WiFi. Electric, water and council tax come up to approximately £200 per person.
The apartment - The apartment is fully furnished, we have a washing machine (with dryer options), a touch control ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a built in fridge freezer. There is also lots of cabinet space!
Amenities - The apartment building offers a security guard/ concierge service 9-5 from Monday to Friday, a large 24 hour gym, a communal home working area, an entertainment/dining area if you want to host a large group of people, an on site maintenance team and a Parcel Pending locker service where large parcels are stored for residents on top of a mailbox unit in reception for small letters.
Parking - The apartment building does not offer on site parking but there is a multi storey NCP car park less than 1m away from the building where you can pay to park. I don't drive but I have a link to the exact costs if you need it!♥️
The bedroom - You’ll have a spacious, fully furnished room with your own private en-suite, featuring a shower and a vanity mirror.
Security - The building works on a fob system which feels extra safe especially as a girl! The communal areas such as the gym and co working space works on a code system
Location - This flat is situated right in the town centre, all bus stops are situated across the road from the apartment and is a 10 minute drive/ 30 minute walk from Hemel Hempstead train station. The apartment is located at the start of Marlowes shopping centre with lots of retail shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and takeaway spots nearby
Deposit - The deposit is equal to four weeks' rent, which comes to £862.50 per person
Council tax band - D (Dacorum Borough Council)
