Hello and welcome to our home!

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our household, as Gareth is moving out to live with his partner. The room will be available from the beginning of October.

About us

I live here and own the flat. Chiemela, my current flatmate, has been here nearly a year, and together we've built a home that’s warm, respectful, and communicative.

We’re both independent and value our own space, but we enjoy shared moments too - catching up in the kitchen, the occasional shared meal, or a good chat in the living room.

Marie, my partner, visits most weekends and brings even more warmth to the space - she’s someone you're likely to get along with easily too.

The space

The flat is bright and comfortable, with shared access to:

All bills are included, including fibre broadband and a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

The bedroom is furnished with:

We’re a 10-minute walk from ASDA and close to Old Town, with its lovely cafes, pubs, and the beautiful Gadebridge Park.

About you

We’re looking for someone kind, self-aware, and open-minded - someone who values a peaceful, thoughtful home and brings a calm, grounded presence.

Cleanliness and good communication are important, as is the willingness to handle any bumps in the road gently and respectfully.

We eat meat but are very respectful of plant-based diets - I was vegan myself for a while before being diagnosed with IBS. The secret word is "kindness" so please include it in your opening message if you've read this far and think you'd be a good fit!
