I’m a friendly, energetic, and health-focused live-in landlord with a consistent weekday routine. I work a mix of home and office days, go to the gym most mornings, and keep the house to a high standard of cleanliness. The home is calm, respectful, and not a party house.

The property is a lovely 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a garden and parking. It’s well looked after, spacious, and very comfortable. Communal areas are shared and fully equipped, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

I’m looking for a single, like-minded roommate who is tidy, considerate, and happy living in a clean, well-organised home. Ideally someone who works mainly in the office and values a quiet, respectful living environment.
