I am offering a brand new 3-bedroom house in a newly built development, available either as a whole property or by individual rooms. The house is a new build and has never been lived in before, so everything is in excellent condition.

Rental options:
• Entire house: £1,800 per month
• Master bedroom (largest room) with private ensuite: £800 per month
• Double bedroom: £600 per month
• Single bedroom: £400 per month

The property has three toilets in total, including the ensuite in the master bedroom. There are currently no occupants, so rooms are available immediately.

The house is ideally suited to Muslim sisters, as I am Muslim and would like certain house rules to be respected (for example, no alcohol). However, i am open to anyone who can maintain respectfulness in the home. Students welcome, couples welcome, professionals welcome.
