Lovely room to rent in large house

We (my husband and I) have a spare room available in our house. It is conveniently located in Adeyfield, only a couple of minutes away from shops and local transport.

The room has a double bed and plenty of storage, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. Both are spacious. There are 2 kitchens in the house. The sitting room and utilities are shared, as well as some bills (gas, water, electricity).

We are both professionals and work out of the house. I am a teacher and my husband is a manager of a playground on central London.
