There is one single and one double room available. Both come furnished with bed, wardrobe & chest, has recently had new carpets laid and been redecorated. The house comes complete with fitted kitchen including all the mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc). There is a full bathroom as well as a shower room so you'll never have to wait to get showered. It also has a large kitchen and a large rear garden which is a real sun trap.

Its a nice place to live and the rent includes a weekly cleaner, broadband and all the bills.
