Double room in 4 bed house - available for 4 weeks

I am living in a 4 bed house on my own at the momement, so you will have plenty of space to be on your own if you like. You have the main bathroom to yourself with shower and bath. I'm a bit of a neat freak so the house is generally tidy, but you can obviously have your room as messy as you like!
I have a washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. There's plenty of parking space, a conservatory, Sky+ in the living room (Sky in your room) & internet. Also have a table tennis table if you play?! All bills included in the £310.
I work a 9-5. Interested in the usuals...love listening to music & watching movies. Will play tennis or football any chance I get to.
