Double room in a warm welcoming house

Renting a double room £450 in my lovely three bedroom house. All areas to the house are accessible.( living room, conservatory, kitchen and an amazing front and back garden)The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and is situated within easy acess to Marylands Industrial area and the M1/M25 Motorway links. Its also close to a number of shops (walking distance) tesco, post office, hair dresser, doctors and a lot more. Hemel town is also a pleasant walk down from the house. (20mins) If you have a car there is parking space near the house. I'm looking for a female that understands the importance of respecting someones home and is willing to treat the house as their home.
