Professional person wanted to share friendly home

Hi, I am a female with a professional job. I have two lodgers who are also professional people. i have 1 cat and a collie dog who is as daft as a brush. I have a large kitchen and a large living room come diningroom. There is a nice little garden to the rear which isn't overlooked. Although there will be three of us in the house it is homely and not like a doss house. The room has a double bed a wardrobe and some drawers. The house has changed a bit since the photos but it might give you an idea. The house is 20 mins walk from Maylands industrial estate, 15 minute walk from the town centre and close to M1, M25 and the A41.
There is virgin tv connection in the room and wifi in the house.
My neighbours are older people with no young children, making it a relatively quiet street.
I am a live in landlord but will eventually be looking to move out which means there will be an opportunity in the future to have a bigger living space with private shower. The rent includes a cleaner who cleans the communal areas 2 hrs a week but you would still be expected to keep the house clean and tidy.
