Looking for a sociable housemate to join our house share. We're all professionals working full time. But we do like to socialise! :)
5 Minutes from Hemel Hempstead Industrial estate.
15 minutes from Hemel Hempstead Train Station.
Local Supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away.
A large 4 Bedroom detached house with 1 large communal lounge, and another smaller communal lounge, large communal kitchen and communal bathroom. Large back garden, garage and driveway parking. All amenities included (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, Virgin TV)
Double room to rent which Is currently unfurnished (there is a cupboard built into the room though)

It's a large 4 bedroom house and the room itself is a medium sized double room.
There is 2 communal lounges (one large lounge with dining table and with a 52" television and full Virgin Media package (including Skysports and movies) and the other with freeview and games console :) There is also 120 MB WiFi access in the house.
Large Communal kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, breakfast bar. Bathroom (brand new power shower) and also a downstairs toilet.
There is a large back garden and patio area (perfect for BBQ's) and also a large garage that can be used for some storage etc if required. There is room on the driveway for 3 cars and ample road parking right outside the house.
The room will be available from February 1st. House is recently redecorated too. WOULD NEED TO BE SEEN TO BE APPRECIATED :)
Looking for a housemate that is clean, tidy and respectful We all do our fair share of chores to ensure that it stays a nice place to live. Being sociable is also key, we like to chill out with a few beers or a glass of wine or two after a long day at work!
We do have a dog too, a fox red Labrador, Zola (named after the football legend!) he's extremely obedient and very well tempered, but any new housemate must be ok with dogs :)
