I have a double room for single occupancy available in the quiet area of Leverstock Green. The current tenants are friendly, quiet and help each other.

The room is suitable for someone preferably over 30 years old who will be courteous towards their fellow housemates and continue to keep the house clean and tidy.

The room is fully furnished, including a large fitted wardrobe and on the first floor. Each tenant has a large cupboard space in the kitchen.

The house is extremely well located within easy access to a large Tesco and a few minutes from the M1 and M25.

The house contains a mixture of day shift and night workers. The successful applicant will be a mature person who is responsible and shows consideration to others.
