Description

Are you over 35 or looking for accommodation for someone that’s over 35?

If you are earning £200 per week or less, you will qualify for housing benefit. Maybe you’re living in a shared house? You could have a self-contained bedsit with nearly no bills to pay because housing benefit will top up your rent to the amount we charge.

Here is an example of a tenant we have;

He earns …230 per week.

The room rent is …£150.

He pays …88. 16.

Housing benefit pay …61. 84..

The only other thing to consider is that you have to be over 35 to qualify for this scheme.
