Due to work commitments my housemate needs to move to the South West, so we are looking for someone to move into his room as soon as possible.

The house is a nice semi-detached in Fields End, a lovely bit of Hemel. Rent is £450 + bills (£540 when you include council tax & broadband), and we already have all of the utilities, broadband and Sky if you wanted (though we don't need to reconnect this if you're not bothered) set up so there's nothing to worry about on your arrival.

The deposit is all already in my name as well, and you will just be signing a lease directly with my landlady, so there are no up front costs whatsoever.

The room is a decent sized double with built in wardrobes, and the communal areas of the house are fully furnished, so all you'll need is a bed!
