My House is situated close to the Apsley railway station and 2 - 3 miles from both M1 & M25. I have 1 good sized double room available and the tariff includes bills, subject to fair use of Electricity. The room can be cleaned bi weekly if required. Linen is also provided.
We are friendly, laid back and enjoy our surroundings.
I am asking £350 for the room which has access to 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Off road parking is available.
We are looking for professionals working a 9 - 5 type work pattern.
References will be required and as this is a midweek only let I would expect prospective sharers to have a UK address where they permanently reside.
