The room has neutral-coloured decor and laminate flooring.
The room is also suitable for couples (for an additional £165 per month).

Rent and Bills:
- £725 per month plus a share of the energy bill.
- £885 for a couple, plus their share of the energy bill.
All other bills are included.

A double room on the first floor for an individual professional.
Room overlooks the front driveway and has full wall windows for natural light.
This room has undergone renovation and is furnished with bamboo flooring, a queen double bed, wardrobe and curtains.

Rent and Bills:
- £595 per month plus a share of the energy bill.
All other bills are included.

Room 7 (Reserved):
Generous large double room for individual professional on ground floor.
This secluded room has private entrance and is not sharing walls with any other occupants.
Furnished with queen size double bed, curtains, blind and two wardrobes.
Room is lively with a neutral paint shades and bamboo flooring.
Room is also suitable for couple (additional £165pm applicable).

Rent and Bills:
- £700 per month plus a share of the energy bill.
- £865 for a couple, plus their share of the energy bill.
All other bills are included.

Access:
Occupants have access to the entire home's common areas, including the ground-floor kitchen and dining area, the rear decked garden, two washing machines, two condenser dryers, and all three bathrooms.

About you:
professionally employed or in full-time education,
to stay for a minimum of 3 months (longer terms are always welcome).
Non-smokers are preferred; smoking is prohibited within the house's perimeter.

Respect the peaceful house and personal space.

Location:
HP2, 
walkable to Maylands Avenue and the Town Centre alike.
No traffic noise; the house is located on a no-through road and is away from the main road.
Surgery, Tesco Express, local shops, and bus stops are nearby.

Parking:
Parking bays for residents are located opposite the property (uncontrolled).

A large open-space kitchen and dining area comprise most of the ground floor.

The back garden is fully landscaped and ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. A large outdoor table, chairs, and a log-burning chiminea invite you to spend time at home.
