One Big Happy Family

We have one single room to rent. It has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

We have a shared Kitchen and bathroom and not quite finished en-suite on the top floor to relieve traffic to the main bathroom.

We have a brilliant fast full fibre broadband speed.
Although our driveway has been taken up, there is still ample parking close by.
The house is situated between the industrial estate and the town center and a short walk to Jarman Park.

The house comes with two friendly dogs, a bearded dragon and a tortoise that simply lives in the enclosed rear garden.

There are currently two other gentlefolk that reside hear with me and my daughter stays half of the time. Both other guys have rented here before and have come back, so it can't be that bad. we have one who smokes, but is looking to give up.

I expect a deposit £500 and I would like yo see a couple of character references please.

The room as literally been redecorated in a neutral grey and a brand new mattress bought.
